Jerry Berger
FOUNDER

Jerry Berger had a love for people and a passion to help them succeed. Combined with his accounting expertise, those qualities served as the cornerstone for the company he founded, Berger and Co. PA, today known as Berger Kroll Accounting Solutions. For over fifty years he served the community and beyond dedicated to finding unique solutions for each client. He set the precedent for honesty, integrity, attention to detail and creative thinking. His legacy will forever be a part of our mission at Berger Kroll Accounting Solutions. In 2019 Jerry entrusted the business to his daughter Joette Kroll whom he personally trained and worked closely with for 20 years.

Joette (Yael) Berger-Kroll, a certified CPA in New York, graduated Summa Cum Laude from Queens College of the CUNY Colleges in New York City. She began her accounting career in Rosen Seymore Schapps Martin and Company in New York City. In the year 2000 she joined Berger Kroll Accounting Solutions and has continuously expanded the company’s horizons. Following in the footsteps of her father, she remains dedicated to the success of every client.
